This feeling of utter helplessness for our Texan friends, family, and complete strangers, who are fighting for their lives and basic human needs, should be molded into the simple act of helping. In any way we possibly can.
We may not be in the vicinity to drop canned goods or clothing off or help care for the young, the elderly, the vulnerable or even the orphaned pets, but there are so many other ways we can help those suffering through this devastating event.
